The shower cubicle felt cramped, particularly if you're on the taller side. One room had dusty corners and an old nappy found under the bed. not the best surprise. The shower drain struggled with water flow and required some DIY clearing—definitely could use a professional touch.

We just spent 3 nights in a spacious triple room. The owner was super welcoming and helped us with our rubbish every day! The location is fantastic, just a quick bus ride from the Tube. it felt like a cozy home away from home. 😊

the breakfast selection was an absoluteley low point, with prepacked croissants that couldn't even attempt to taste fresh. discovered an old nappy under my bed, which was a lovely surprise! woudl ve been nice to recieve some sort of welcome gift, but alas, that's too much to ask. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

The balcony in the deluxe room provided a fantastic outdoor escape, especially in the evenings. the cleanliness left something to be desired, with remnants of a previous guest found in a drawer and under the bed. The breakfast selection was also a letdown, with stale pastries and low-quality bread. Although the host was welcoming, some noise from adjacent rooms might disrupt those who are light sleepers.

Couple's Delight
Location was really great and quiet, close to the bus that got us to a Tube station in about 40 minutes. Guilia is such a kind host, she picked us up from the train station and made us feel so at home.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but totally worth it for what we got!

Had a lovely stay for 8 nights, enjoying our own private patio and Giulia's thoughtful touches like refreshing towels and even doing our laundry! There were plenty of spots to relax, including cozy seating areas and nice walks nearby. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a cozy and quiet retreat. 😊
